If you have a possible loss or damage throughout the year, please give us notice ASAP. Failure to give us notice may result in rejection of your claim. Do not put any acreage to another use (ie hay, graze, plow) without an inspection and release.
Failure to file AD 1026 (NRCS or FSA) may disqualify for government subsidies for crop insurance. Please notify if changing an entity or transferring coverage.
Must be in fallow June 15 the year prior to qualify for SF practice. If CRP coming out is worked by June 15 and seeded to Winter Wheat, it is considered WW/CC. If you wait and seed to Spring Wheat the following spring, it is considered SW/SF.
Verify deadlines & insurability. It must be reported separately including acres broken from hay fields or CRP.
If broken out after 2/7/2014, must report separately and there is a reduced subsidy. Coverage will be 65% of the T-yield for 4 planting years.
You must replant destroyed crop, if it is "practical to replant" and prior to final planting date.
