In 1980, Susan began working for the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) as a part-time county office clerk. Through the progression of government changes, she continued with FCIC in various positions that included field representative, loss adjuster, trainer, and reviewer. In 1988, Susan left FCIC to go into the private industry, delivering MPCI as a company service center helping agents service their clients. In 1990, she started her own crop insurance agency in Billings.

With the business growing, Bill officially joined the agency to help with crop hail and making sure all of our clients are taken care of.

After graduating from Montana State University in 2007, Chase began doing the data entry and working with the new mapping programs. In 2012, he started getting more involved meeting with clients and writing crop hail policies. Now living on his in-laws' ranch outside of Helena, he sees how important it is to have protection in this way of life.
